We charge in Baht, so in case of currency fluctuation you
keep your advantage. The price for single and double occupancy is the same; for
a third person occupying the room we charge additionally 200 Baht.
Prices do not include 7 % VAT. Breakfast is available at your request for 65
Baht per person.
We have two sizes of rooms. The rooms to the front are smaller; the rooms to the back are big enough to fit in an extra bed. We usually let the customers choose on arrival.
You can pay by cash or credit card. We do not accept travel
checks. There are many banks and exchange booths in the vicinity where you can
change the travel checks.

After receiving your flight details we will issue a
definitive confirmation. You need this confirmation for a regular booking!
Please allow enough time to process this information.
For bookings on short notice (within three days of arrival), please give us a
call.
Please inform us in case of any changes.
Check in and checkout time is generally at 12.00 o’clock noon. Since we have
just a few rooms, we are often fully booked. This means, you cannot definitely
expect to occupy the room before and in reverse any extension is subject to
availability.
